Jackie trained with Denton Wilde Sapte and joined Aldridge Parker on qualification in 2004. She was with Parker & Co at its formation in 2006 until 2012 and rejoined us in 2015 as a Consultant.
Jackie advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of employment law. She has a wide range of expertise acting on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her Employment Tribunal experience includes claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing, together with the area of dispute resolution.
She has considerable experience advising on all aspects of employment documentation such as policies for employee handbooks, consultancy agreements, contracts of employment and directors’ service agreements, including confidentiality issues and restraint of trade provisions. Jackie also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions to include TUPE and drafting the necessary indemnities and warranties, together with related employment documentation. Her experience also includes advising on discrimination, grievances, performance management, redundancy, disciplinary and dismissal matters
In addition, Jackie has also advised on business related immigration matters, including applications under the points based system.
