Many employers will want to transfer employees who are working overseas for group companies to the UK or employ new staff who are from outside the EEA. This requires a licence from the Home Office and we can advise you on how to become licensed, so you can sponsor workers under Tier 2 of the Points Based System. As part of this process we can provide training or advice to staff who will be responsible for complying with your record keeping and reporting obligations, or for using the online Sponsor Management System. We can also explain the HR systems you will need in place to pass a Home Office compliance visit.
If you are already a licensed sponsor, we can advise in relation to your ongoing compliance obligations, including record keeping and reporting duties. We can also liaise directly with your employees to assist them in obtaining or extending their visa.
