Monday 20th April 2020
The Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme has now gone live, with the payment portal open for employers to submit claims. Payments will take up to 6 working days to arrive in the employer’s account.
In addition, a step by step employer guide has been published, along with guidance on how to calculate the wages which can be claimed. The scheme has also been extended to the end of June.
