ACAS guidance on shared parental leave

ACAS has now published detailed guidance in relation to the new Shared Parental Leave entitlement. This includes a good practice guide, a sample policy and template letters.
The new right of couples to share maternity or adoption leave and pay is in force from 5 April 2015.
